Every new detail makes me question what I just believed a few minutes earlier. The score plays a huge role in keeping the tension high. It quietly pushes the uneasiness forward, and I found myself unable to look away from the screen. The moment that really broke me was when the father told his children that their mom was dead. That scene hit hard. The emotional weight of it felt very real. The legal technicalities also became frustrating at times. There are moments where the law feels almost incomprehensible, like it is operating in a completely different language from common sense. Still, the detectives did a really great job piecing everything together.
