Fly Me to the Moon 2024

Nice job sila sa scale. Ang liit talaga ng characters compared sa rocket parts and machinery, and yun yung pinakanagstand out sakin. Effective use of visual to portray the scale difference between two objects. Production design, hair and make up, wardrobe are all appropriate for a period piece. Wala akong nakitang off. Solid aesthetic. Napanood ko na yung similar film idea ng faking a moon landing before (Moonwalkers), pero ito mas fun. Mas nagexplore sila sa perspective ng mga nasa actual NASA like how pilots or engineers would feel kung nalaman nilang may “fake filming” happening. Mas light, mas playful. Scarlett’s character is great. Very persuasive as an advertising expert, bagay sa kanya yung role. Scarlett is very good. Channing… not much of a fan dito. Parang wala silang chemistry. VFX are nice and the energetic split-screen sequences add life to the pacing. Madami ring moments na di naghold ng attention ko. Could have been shorter. Overall, enjoyable, but not strong enough to keep full engagement the whole time
