If not, save this post and come back after. ⚠️ Knowing how their relationship will end from what I saw in Elvis 2022 makes this feel like a tragic love story from the very start, it feels like watching an old wound slowly open again. The lighting is great. I really appreciate how the highlights separate the subject from the background. It gives the characters a soft glow while still keeping the environment controlled and intimate. The visuals quietly reflect her isolation. And there's a circular bokeh whenever she's in dreamy in love state.  This version of the story feels more grounded. Instead of the flashy rise of Elvis, it focuses on Priscilla’s experience. Her struggles take center stage. The loneliness, the neglect, the feeling of being controlled and isolated inside a life that looks glamorous from the outside. In the end it becomes less about romance and more about her choosing herself. And that choice, after everything she endured, is what makes the story quietly powerful.
