Perfectly a Strangeness (2024) review

Beautifully shot. The film almost feels like a cosmic and spiritual slice of life about a donkey. The cinematography really carries the experience, letting simple moments breathe while the musical score quietly guides the mood. There is something strangely meditative about watching it. The overall vibe honestly feels like the kind of project that would happen if Robert Eggers and Yorgos Lanthimos collaborated. It has that eerie stillness from Eggers mixed with the odd, slightly surreal tone that Lanthimos loves to explore.
