That contrast gives the story a fun hook while also making every scene feel like it is balancing performance and danger at the same time. The editing and pacing keep the pressure building, especially as the mission gets tighter and more fragile. Funny thing is, the fake film is basically a Star Wars rip off set in Iran. The whole situation reminded me of 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi, but this one feels more stressful for me. Instead of direct combat, they are constantly living a lie. Every interaction feels risky, especially during the airport sequence. That's where it really got intense. One wrong move and everything could fall apart. When they finally get out of Iranian airspace, sobrang triumphant ng feeling. In this story, the CIA is clearly positioned as the good guys. I did not expect Ben Affleck to deliver like this. The direction is really solid and the editing plays a huge role in building tension. The pacing during the final stretch is especially effective.
