Liam Neeson may forget everything else, but even Alzheimer’s can’t make him forget revenge.
The usual human trafficking crime thriller trope. Powerful people exploiting vulnerable victims, corruption reaching people in positions of authority, and an assassin getting caught in the middle of it all. It has that familiar Liam Neeson action formula, where an aging but highly capable man takes on dangerous people, with some twists and turns along the way.
I thought this was going to be the same as Liam Neeson's Unknown (2011), where the mystery surrounding his identity and memory drives the entire story. But this one handles it differently. The memory aspect is more of a hindrance to his revenge than the mystery itself. He already knows what he wants to do, but his deteriorating memory makes an already dangerous mission even more difficult.
Nevertheless, it still gave a satisfying payoff.
Verdict: Barely Watchable
