The Dog Stars 2026
This is just another Ridley Scott's side mission. Nothing new.
Lesson learned: The grass isn’t always greener on the other side.
I have to praise the cinematography because of its serene aerial sceneries. The landscapes are beautiful and peaceful. It feels like the calm before the storm. The day-for-night cinematography is also noticeable. It kind of looks like Nope (2022).
There are so many ad placements, especially Carhartt. I couldn’t stop seeing it.
The movie is really slow and boring, and it only ramps up after 1 hour and 12 minutes, when Josh Brolin suddenly switches into full-blown Sicario mode.
